Dance - Take Center Stage

Students explore their artistic voice through the choreographic process and shine bright on the stage as part of the NVAA Dance Program. Technique, choreography, and performance are all part of the dance experience! Students participate in ballet, jazz, hip-hop, and contemporary dance forms as well as critical analysis, improvisation, history, and composition tools. Students create their own choreography, interact with guest artists, attend field trips, and perform multiple times per year.

If your child possesses a love of movement, the NVAA Dance Program is ideal for honing their skills and propelling them into the art of dance.

Theatre - Community through Collaborative Creation

Explore the unique and transformative power of theatre by mastering fundamental performance and storytelling skills like improvisation before moving on to advanced acting techniques, directing, design, and theater history. Students become resilient, confident, multi-faceted theatre artists through risk-taking and creative problem-solving.

Music Technology - Create the Music that You Want to Make

Explore the development and production of sound through a progressively rigorous curriculum that allows students to gain the skills to work in the music industry, or continue making music as a lifelong hobby. Students explore and experience music with a focus on creation, recording, mixing, performing, and production.

Visual Art - Craft an Exceptional Talent

Traditional tools and modern technology collide in the NVAA Visual Art Program as students explore a vast array of artistic media. Students will have the opportunity for instruction in drawing, painting, printmaking, ceramics, 3D printing, web design, photography, and more. As your child progresses through the grades, he or she will narrow the scope of their work, specializing and refining their techniques.
